Just a few years ago, the cartels never dealt with humans, not human trafficking or human smuggling. You had human trafficking organizations and human smuggling organizations that s all they did, and the cartels did the drugs and other things,

When I was a student at UC Irvine, because of all the UC students protesting the Vietnam War and not attending classes, the Regents of UC. declared a one quarter/semester moratorium for those protesting students. Their failing grades would not count. I wasn’t a protester and stayed in classes. Pretty much all of the science majors stayed in classes

You ought to put in for a grant from the State.  It sounds like the very type of thing they like to fund.  It could be worth millions.

Of course, you'll have to be careful not to let it be known that the magazines include gun or hunting fodder and the cell phone is used for calling legislators to allow them to hear the sound of your opinions on their mandates.

Thanks for the update.  Seems like these things are designed to be more complicated than need be.
