I actually can't have it here, bb guns are illegal in the city of new york...

They require a special permit, and permits are not issued to anyone but importers and only on the condition that the guns remain in the original packaging while in the city.

I'd have to have it shipped to a buddy back in CA to hold for me :(

I'm actually going a bit stir crazy... I cant have anything fun here.

I believe its legal if I ship it to you in parts and you only assemble it into a single shot but you should check double check
