Seems to be going down more and more freq. the past few months

Yes, there is a fix in the works.

Ben and GeoVario have already spent several thousand on upgrades for our server, they will be installed incrementally in the very near future.

We're still having some database issues but I am discussing them and their source with the GeoVario tech.

Need to make sure the flux capacitor is set to 2.1 jiga-watts. That may resolve the database issue.
